can Reiki do for you?
It's all about balance. My name is Alison Acaster, I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, I have been practicing Reiki since 2006, starting with myself and my pets, expanding to my family, friends and colleagues, then out into my Los Angeles community and beyond. I offer individual healing sessions as well as small group classes. Reiki is a simple, yet powerful, healing technique. The name is Japanese in origin and means Universal Energy. A Reiki Master acts as a channel for Source/God, gently laying on hands, allowing the recipient to heal while reclaiming balance and peace. From a balanced center we can each joyfully co-create our world; perfect health, balanced life structures, healthy relationships, deeper connection to Spirit - it's all available now, and as we choose to feel good, we can gently allow it into our experience. It's already happening, we can choose to eliminate resistance and accept the flow of good. This is one of the opportunities offered by regular Reiki sessions.
